As a coach and trusted advisor to many highly accomplished, super smart women including academics, entrepreneurs, scientists and corporate executives, she didn’t start this career until she was in her mid-50’s when her coach suggested her life experiences could help many women take control of their lives and defeat the self-doubt and resistance to change what stopped many from taking more risks and thus achieve more.

Today, she has written extensively on self-awareness, published three books including The Fearless Factor, The Fearless Factor @ Work, and a novel, When The Crow Sings, and created the online program Transformational Strategies for Success.

She’s used all her life experiences to help her clients take accountability for their actions and responsibility for their decisions in order to achieve remarkable results.  She believes that there are no guarantees in life, but if you do the work she has, you can change generations of challenges to create a better world.

A little background about Marques, in 2003, he was drafted into the NFL as an offensive lineman, after 5 years of playing in league, he decided to retire and pursue a career in construction and contracting.  

At the age 27, Marques founded a construction company called Kayden Premier Enterprises. The company had fast growth and in 2010, but eventually his business went bankrupt, losing almost 2 million dollars on one project in a matter of 90 days.  

During his darkest hours, he pulled himself together, got a part-time job as a custodian and with hard work and determination became an inspirational keynote speaker, executive coach, best-selling author and marketing leader, helping to build thie success of others.

Double Eagle Ventures has been the first investor in TenFold, Overstock.com, American School Academy, Remedy Informatics, and AIM Technology as well as an early investor in January.ai, iDirect, Neumont University, Kanab Hills LLC and Imagine Learning. From December 2003 to October 2014 he was the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Remedy Informatics, the leading provider of registries for Life Sciences Research and Healthcare Delivery organizations. He served as President, and Chief Executive Officer of TenFold Corporation a software applications developer.

From 1993 to 1996 Mr. Kennedy served as Mission President for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Sao Paulo, Brazil. He served as President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of PRC, Inc., a systems integration company. Prior to joining PRC, Mr. Kennedy served in various management and executive positions at Oracle Corporation from 1982 until 1990. His positions included National Sales Manager, Senior Vice-President Oracle Corporation and President of Oracle USA. He was one of the first handful of professional employees of Oracle. Prior to joining Oracle, Mr. Kennedy served as a Marketing Manager for Intel Corporation.

Mr. Kennedy holds a B.A. in finance from the University of Utah and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management.

Dr Somdutta Singh is a serial entrepreneur and angel investor currently operating her third entrepreneurial venture, Assiduus Global Inc., a $150 million revenue-generating cross-border, cross-marketplace E-commerce accelerator. 

Born in Kolkata, India to doctor parents, Dr Som is a first-generation entrepreneur in her family. She finished her early education in India and moved to the US for higher studies. Dr Som constantly pushes herself to propel ahead with a stronger vision.
